Members of the quality control team have the authority and responsibility to withhold shipment of any lot that fails to meet customer specifications. For either a new product launch or take-over project for a customer, from initial project review, design phase, implementation and quality production-the Pennant Moldings PM team delivers. As a one stop shop for metal forming, Pennant’s team has the ability to analyze all potential parts and determine what is the most cost effective method for production. We will ensure your project is completed on-time and correctly. Pennant Companies engineering and technical staff work closely with our customers to develop parts and processes that allow us to provide superior quality and efficient production. From in-depth involvement in the design stage to strategic technical input for the manufacturing phase of project design and management, Pennant take a hands-on approach to identify and resolve all issues prior to project launches. Providing this technical expertise and strategic direction has allowed Pennant to position themselves for continued success of product development and continuous growth. Project management is also important when considered for Pennant’s internal manufacturing support process. Our internal PM allows us to better manage time, resource utilization, budget and quality parameters for continuous improvement projects. This ensures a hyper-efficient manufacturing floor ultimately delivering the best cost benefit to our customers. Our engineers work with CAD, 2D or 3D , IGES, STP or DXF files to transfer ideas and data into parts for our customers.
