Custom Roll Form Manufacturing
Custom design and manufacturing of roll formed parts in simple to complex shapes has been a Pennant core competency for almost fifty years. Pennant offers tremendous flexibility with over two dozen roll forming lines equipped with eight to twenty-nine passes, pre-notch and cut-off capabilities.
Flexible Materials
Parts can be formed in a wide range of ferrous and non-ferrous metals, to include pre-coated materials, decorative stainless, aluminium and galvanized in widths over 30 inches and lengths up to 40 feet and .375”/9.5mm inches deep.
Value Added Operations
Value added operations include pre- and post-punching/notching, bending, secondary stamping, in-line welding, and in-line assembly.

Solar racking is made up of many components. While roll forming is perfectly suited for horizontal and vertical supports, additional items such as brackets, grounding plates, and clips for cable management, are also necessary to complete the mechanical rack. Solar Roll Form Solutions’ 50 plus years in roll forming and 75 plus years in stamping provides our customers the ability to source most, if not all, of the mechanical steel components necessary for completion.
