Pennant today announced the acquisition of Miami Valley Laser Fabrication, based in Sidney, Ohio. Miami Valley Laser is a well-established manufacturer offering laser cutting, press brake forming, CNC punching, tube bending, welding, finishing, and assembly services.
The acquisition marks the creation of Pennant Metal Fabrication, a new division that expands Pennant’s ability to serve as a comprehensive manufacturing partner. Headquartered in Columbus, Ohio, Pennant operates two other divisions:
- Pennant Metal Forming: specializing in metal stamping, roll forming, welding, decorating, and assembly.
- Pennant Solutions Group: providing global supply chain options such as plastic injection molding, CNC machining, powder metal components, fasteners, and multi-slide products.
Founded in 1969, Pennant has become a trusted provider to industries including Appliance, ConAg, Consumer Goods, EPC, Heavy Truck, Industrial, Lawn & Garden, Powersports, and Utilities.
